can i downgrade ios 11 back to ios 10

I updated to the iOS 11 update but I want to downgrade because I can no longer tolerate the bugs. Is it possible to downgrade? I am using the iPod 6

i don't have the beta version and my itunes don't show 10.3.3 as an update, what can i do to downgrade i'm just so annoyed with all these bugs.... ios 11 *****
