Macbook pro 2017  Display won’t turn on

Hello guys,

I was looking through the web but couldn’t find a solution that fixes my problem.

I just bought a new macbook pro 15 inch mid 2017. Right out of the box, the screen wasn’t working. The caps lock lights up green and the touchbar works. I even can hear fan noise a little and I clicked something that made a voice talk through the speaker. Basically everything seems to work eithout the display. I have tried the PRAM and SMC reset without a result. Do you guys have any suggestions or do I have to take it to a professional to look it up? Thank you
