I cannot get this to work. (Edit: Problem found)

I cannot get this to work. I know Mac users have confirmed this works but I'm on a Windows PC.

What gives? I've followed the instructions exactly. It shouldn't be this big of a deal.

Edit: I realized while scrolling through the ringtones on my phone that there was one titled simply "Ringtone", I listened to it and realized its the one I was trying to add the whole time. So, I can confirm that this method does work, however, apparently it will change the name of the ringtone. I went back to my iTunes and renamed it to its correct name and everything is fine now.
