Image Capture "out of application memory"
When transferring photos from a camera to my Mac using Image Capture the application repeatedly fails mid-way through the job and throws up a Force Quit dialog telling me that it is out of application memory. This has occurred after a fresh re-start, with no other applications running. My machine has 16 GB of RAM. How do I fix this?
Apologies for putting this post in the OS-X 10.10 category. There does not appear to be a category for the Image Capture application.
