New emojis and IOS 11

Why has the Welsh flag not been included in IOS 11? It has been approved and rolled out on Android devices so why not IOS? As a proud Welshman in not happy that my national flag is still being overlooked by Apple.

From the sounds of things the Welsh flag should be coming soon, even if it wasn't ready for iOS 11 launch.
