How to stop disgusting emails?

I am receiving disgusting emails on my "new" MacBook Air. Please let me know how I can get rid of them.

Hi,

If they're coming from one or only a few addresses/senders, you can stop them using rules in the Mail app: open Mail > Mail menu > Preferences > Rules > Add rule for each address/sender.

Keep marking them as Junk. If they’re from same addresses, Mail will learn to filter them automatically.

Mail for Mac: Reduce junk mail in your inbox

If you’re using other providers like Gmail, log into your Gmail web account and check blocking and anti-spam filtering options there. This is better than doing it on your Mac, as the junk emails will be stopped at the server.
