Search CommHow do I delete a purchase in iOS 11...

Ok, now that I have iOS 11 installed on my iPad, I sure as heck don't need the 'iOS 9 on iPad' e-book in my library, I can delete it from my pad, but the reminder to download it is always hanging around.

 

So how the heck, do I delete e-books and unwanted app purchases, from my account now that iTunes, doesn't support anything but music and related content?
