Unable to resubscribe to netflix

It said 'Your payment could not be completed'

I have money on my debit card.

The subscription was expired for 2 days.

Many DEBIT cards are no longer acceptable.   Go to your accounts and billing page and under the Edit facility for payment means, you will find an illustrated row of acceptible cards.   Do you have any of these?
