Pls help with my app updates

Hi all, 

Please help with free app updates... it keeps asking me for payment method update and i dont have money on my card, so it keeps declining

I need to update free apps, not to pay for anything. Pls advise how i can fix this. I cannot use almost anything anymore, as everything requires updates
