Getting photos from Mac to iphone

I need some help...

I just updated my phone 5s and after I finished updating it I noticed all my photos were deleted. I didn't panic because I knew I had them saved on my iCloud. So I got on my MacBook and logged into my iCloud and all my photos were there. The problem however is I don't know how to get my pictures from the iCloud on my mac into my iPhone. (I have iCloud opened up on Safari) I'd really like my pictures back but I just don't know how to get them back.

Thank you, after I saw your comment i tried turning off iCloud drive then I turned it back on and I got all my photos back.
