High CPU after Upgrade to El Capitan

Any one have a lead on how to fix the high CPU Utilization after upgrading to El Capitan?  In Activity Monitor, System is @ +95% with kernel_task using up to 3000%

 

I have a MCB Pro early 2011. I upgraded from Yosemite which was working just fine.

Thanks for the suggestions.  Activiy_Monitor was of little help since it only showed kernel_task taking up the CPU.  So far, the fix for me has been these 2 links together:

Basically the .plist has to be moved. But before you can do that, you have to turn off the new system integration protection in El Capitan.  Since I moved the .plist to backup, I haven't had any cpu issues or any other issues.  I just wonder now what that particular .plist is responsible for.

Find out what it is, open Activity Monitor and check what is using the CPU so much.
