I can’t get my music from my purchased on...

I will go to my purchased and the album isn’t there but if I look up the album on search it says that I have purchased it but it won’t let me download it

Go to iTunes main page bottom of page apple I'd delete all I'd Then add back again.

Then try purchased music.
