Advice on top end 21.5 inch 2017 iMac

Hello

I am ready to buy a new 2017 iMac. I am looking at the top end 21.5" 4K model with the i7 quad core processor.

I have a budget of £2.5 K

I’d welcome your advice on whether to go for max ram of 32gb or max SSD storage of 1gb (can’t run to both both!)

My two main resource hungry applications are:

Photoshop - I’m a serious amateur but don’t earn my living by it - so speed is not a major requirement. I currently manage on my 2012iMac with 16gb ram. Will I need to take on 32gb ram to allow for future developments?

War Thunder - the shoot ‘em up flight sim. Requires loads of processing power to run at a decent resolution and fps rate. Currently I can only run it on ultra-low graphics setting. I am hoping the new 4k iMac with i7 processor along with metal 2 when it comes out in High Sierra can change that.

Storage: I currently have all my photos and iTunes on separate Transcend hard drives - So I am wondering if I could manage on 512GB SSD?
