iPad frozen shows incorrect time

I have a nunber of iPads that are mainly used to run a Filemkaer Go datebase app. One of the iPads seems to freeze. In that iPad still operates but the clock freezes. For example I can load the setting screen and see the options for the time setting.

When this happens the wifi and bluetooth also turn off.

This would seem to be a hardware fault rater than software.

The Filemaker Go needs to sync with the main Filemaker cloud server and the clock differnce cause the sync to fail.

Any advice?

Sounds like the iPad needs a hard reboot. Hold the home button and the power button and don't let go.

You will see the screen go black, and then the Apple logo will appear on the screen - at that point, let go of the home button and the power button.

Seriously, let go. Don't continue to hold the buttons after the Apple logo appears.

The iPad will restart. See if the performance is back to where it should be.

Have reset a number of times. The time is till out. Stuck on 06:45. Real time is or was 10:38 - See photo of watch and iPad screen.

Have updated to latest iOS.
