This is part of the App itself and has nothing to do with Apple.  You should be able to find a menu within the game that you can get into and find the ID that you are logged in with and remove it by finding some sort of "unsubscribe".  I don't have the game to be familiar with how it is setup, but it's made by the same company that makes Magic Piano and I know that when you click the three lines in the corner, the menu pops up and you have all sorts of options within there for being able to control your account.
