Beachball with finder in Yosemite 10.12.6

Uggg.. I don't know where this has come from.. my computer is totally flailing when it has to do anything with the finder.  The only thing I have changed is I installed a new modem and a new router.

 

Running the most up to date software on everything.  Rendering an audio file with a program I use everyday is now failing overtime and the program is crashing.  Other than that program works fine... all do unless interfacing at ALL with the finder.  Moving a file and I get beachball...

 

PLEASE help.  I've been on a lot of threads that somewhat have this going.  I'll attach my etrecheck.... I have reset the SMS but not the PRAM.  For a while it showed that files were uploading to iCloud but now that looks to have ended.  Thought that might have been the issue.  UGG.

I just made a new user account and was able to render an audio file fine.. came back and still can't so it has to have something to do with this user and is not computer wide!

Yes and when i'm in the other user i can move files around the desktop fine.. no beach ball at all... come back to this user and I try to just move a tiny file and it beachballs for almost 10 seconds!

And obviously i meant SIERRA with that OS number.. sorry
