cannot download purchased iOS app

Hi Community .... need your help!

since the new iOS11and iTunes Store not managing anymore iOS apps, I cannot load apps I've purchased. I've bought those apps via French iTunes store, those apps are stored in my Mac. I'm now connected to the Swiss iTunes store. But before new iOS and iTunes Store I was able to have access to those purchased apps. Did someone have the same issue? Thanks for your help
