No apps in the menu

How do I get the apps back in the menu in iTunes? Everything else is in the menu but apps. I recently purchased an iPhone 8.

With the release of iTunes 12.7 all app management is now done on the device itself.

Thanks for your answer. The reason I was asking that is because my ring tones disappeared when I updated iTunes. They are in the ringtone app but not in settings anymore. I emailed the provider to see what they say.

Yes that helped and I downloaded a different app and then it was easy to record and save to desktop from file sharing in iTunes with my phone connected. Then drag them to my device on the same page page in iTunes from my desktop. Now they are on my phone. I select a contact and add ringtone and it brings up the selection to pick from. I select the tune I want and it’s on the contact. Yay!
