Kernal task writning a lot of data to hdd.

Hi,

My MacBook Pro with retina (2015) is writing a lot of data to the HDD. Anyone know any solutions? Ive reinstalled osx without backing up from time machine and upgraded to High Sierra.

At some points it can go up to 250GB... Right now its on 8gb and I've just restarted the computer.. What do I do?
