Cannot install Sierra

Hi guys,

I bought a macbook from late 2010. second hand that is.

The macbook was running fine untill like 5 minutes of using it started to freeze and reboot. That's why i decided to format the thing and do a clean install.

But there's the problem, i cannot do this.. after formatting my macbook, the install is stuck at 75% (or so) with this message:

Did i buy a broken macbook? can someone help me. i'm really familiar with windows but this is something different.

I'm using direct internet (No wifi), so with a cable that is.

Help is really appreciated!
