Verification required?

Hey guys, 

So recently I purchased this app and it gave me a seven day free trial. I used my card but it didn't have any money on it at the time. When the seven days was up it may have automatically charged to my account that didn't have money on it. But now I am UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD or update ANY apps from my AppStore it keeps saying verification error and I need to check my billing information. 

I am not sure if this is even the problem.

But I need to update my apps. 

I even deleted the app that they possibly charged me for and I did not even use it!! 

PLEASE HELP!!!
