win10 1周年版升級 創造者失敗，提供setuper.log ，求大神看哈

版本是win10  1607 一直沒有收到創造者的更新推送，自己用官網易升，和ISO直接升級 ，在安裝完二次重啟後，更新的2%，就滾回原係統了。不知道什麼原因！

提示0xC1900101-0x2000C 在APPLY-IMAGE 過程中的SAFE-OS階段，安裝失敗，求各位大神指導！
