Unhide purchased apps with iTunes 12.7

Prior to iTunes 12.7 update, I did not want a huge library of iOS apps, so many of them I deleted them and hid them so they became hidden apps.  If I ever needed to re-download them, I would need to go to my Apple ID account and unhide the apps so then I can re-download them.

With iTunes 12.7, as we all know the application view is removed.  How can I "unhide" purchased apps so that I can re-download them on my iOS devices (such as iPhone and iPads).
