how much time does it take for a device to disassociate from the itunes account?

I disassociated my old iphone number, for I want to give it away. But it seems like it's still connected, so I want to know how long it takes to disassociate.

If you mean you want to know how long a device is associated with an Apple ID, that would be 90 days. Here is a support article that explains what can and cannot be done by another user signed into that device while it is still associated to a previous ID:

Associated Device

A new user can sign into the iTunes & App Store and can make purchases from the iTunes & App Stores, but they cannot use Automatic Downloads, Apple Music, iTunes Match, Family Sharing, or re-download past purchases while the device is still Associated with another Apple ID.
