Additional email address with apple configurator 2

Hi there,

When an email account is created manually on an iDevice (iPhone, iPad) or even on a Mac, we can add an additional email address to the account by clicking on the little arrow at the very right end of the email field.

This allows to send emails from the additional email address too.

But when the mail account is installed via a configuration profile all settings are locked and this little arrow is missing.

So does anybody knows how I can add this additional email address (not an other email account) to the account when it is set up with an Apple Configurator profile ?
