How to get track info for CDs?

How do I later get track info for songs when I've uploaded CDs to my Mac while not connected to the internet (out from Irma)? The Options glyph (with the "Get Track Info" sub selection) described in the Support answer does not appear in either iTunes 12.1 on my Mac Mini running Yosemite or iTunes 12.7 on my MacBook Pro running El Capitan.

And no, I don't want to enter the info manually as it's over 30 classical CDs.
