Apple watch frozen post update

Hi All,

I was trying to update my watch and the battery wasn't full enough so the watch has frozen mid update, and now displays an I inside a circle saying contact apple support.

However when i try to contact apple support it won't let me book a support call etc without giving my watch serial number, for which i can't see as I can't access my watch.

You will need to contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for your Apple Watch to be serviced:
