iMessage Not Receiving Messages

Hi,

  This has been happening for a while, but on my phone, I can send and receive all text messages with no problem. However, my computer recently has been unable to receive texts from non-iphone users. I've checked and rechecked all my settings. It was able to do it before, and I haven't changed anything for my computer to not be able to do it now. And on my computer, it will show that my sent messages aren't being delivered to those non-iphone users also, even though on my phone, they will show that they've gone through. Need help, thank you.
