wifi icon is inactive. says

Hi,

1) I am unable to sign into my app store on my macbook pro. When I type my apple id password it says an unexpected error occurred while signing in.

2) wifi says no hardware installed.

3) even unable to connect to internet using bluetooth to my iphone.

Restart your router.

Option-click on the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar and select Open Wireless Diagnostics and seewhat it tells you about your network.

Try clearing SMC by resetting it. This often solves hardware-related issues.
