Restoring from older iPad backups

How can i access older backups for my iPad air 2? Its running the latest iOS. I accidentally deleted a game and when I reloaded it, my account had disappeared. So I'm wondering if I restore from an older iTunes backup from 2 weeks ago I should be able to get back into my game account?

Hi

Go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.

Then set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes

Choose backup when you had game 2/3 weeks ago.
