Logic Pro Fader Release

Hi everybody, I have a question concerning the behaviour of fader controller assignment.

Basically, I'd like my volume fader to write an automated return to 0 (or whatever automated level prior to last volume action) when I release it.  With Touch automation mode, I'd like to write volume automation with my external fader, and on release I want the (logic internal) fader to jump back to 0 or to the automated value set to that track before I started moving the fader.

Is this possible without a motorized fader?

I was wondering if there was a dedicated option inside the controller assignment tab that could do the trick.

For now, my volume fader assignment is set to Scaled mode, with Trim feedback.
