Blinking folder with a question mark when turni...

I have a macbook pro 2010 and I tried to reformat it but while it was downloading, it froze so I took a chance by turning it off and back on. I guess that was a mistake because it just went on a screen with a blinking folder with a question mark on it. When I tried turning it off and on and holding cmd+R, it showed me a globe icon with a exclamation point symbol and the word apple.com/support -6002F. I don't know what else to do and I'm just trying to figure out how to fix it before I even bring it to s computer tech.

Macbook serial number: W8102Q3FATM

Thank you so much for your help

Hi Geloriffic:

Your 13" MacBook Pro Mid 2010 came with OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard.

You will be unable to do an Internet Recovery.

You will need to boot to the Snow Leopard disk which came with your computer, and install that.

If you do not have the disk, you can buy it from Apple: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard - Apple (CA)

I also found this. Not sure if it will work. Might be worth a try. https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1478?locale=en_CA

Hope this helps,

Kim
