.99 random charges

I have random .99 Apple Itunes charges on my credit card for purchases NOT made by me.

I do not have family sharing.

I was unable to find "purchases" under itunes/ app store/ or ibooks so I was unable to retrieve any purchases on my iphone.

How do I resolve this?

If the purchases are not shown in your iTunes/Apple ID account, then this is a credit card scam, just pretending to be from Apple. Contact your bank immediately - your credit card has been compromised.
