Removing apps from an old iCloud account.

I recently changed jobs and I have several apps on my phone downloaded on my previous work iCloud account. I’m not able to update the apps on my new phone because I no longer have access to the old work account. How do I remove the apps from my phone and reinstall under my personal iCloud?
