No breathe reminders

I noticed my series 2 watch doesn't remind me to use the Breathe app anymore. I already turned reminders off and on, tried to reset and restart the watch and even did an full erase and setup (twice, once with a restore from the backup and once as a new device), but it didn't resolve the problem.

I'm running Watch OS 4 but if I remember correctly it started before I updated.
