60rs debited from my visa card while adding car...

When i add my visa card details in my iPhone to get itunes run. 60₹ debited from my account without any purchase. Then i got to know they check whether card is working or not. But it's been 11 days I didn't get any refund. Somebody please tell me how much time it will take??
