Where are all my Apps that were once in iTunes on my macbook pro?

iTunes 12.7 has had the App Store and app management

functions removed an all downloading and management

must be done on the devices themselves.

FWIW, all your previously downloaded apps are still on

your computer and located in the iTunes folder.

(iTunes/iTunes Media/Mobile Applications).
