Series 3 can make calls via LTE but not receivi...

Do I need to put my iPhone on airplane mode in order for my series 3 watch to ring?  I am able to send / recieve messages and notifications as well as make calls when using LTE.  It is just that I am not receiving calls.

Anyone see this behavior?
