Contact Sync with Outlook 2011 and Yosemite

Hi,

I have Yosemite on a MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015).

Have been using Outlook 2011 for a while with a 3rd party software to make the syncing.

Moving now to GSuite, would like to use the Google/Apple syncing capabilities.

On top, I'd like to sync Outlook with Apple apps (Contacts/Calendar) to keep everything in order.

However, it looks like the syncing services are not working.

Any advice?
