HELP WITH SUSCRIPTIONS

HI. The thing is that the óption suscription does not appear in my settings. Im following all the steps that show in the apple support page. Im going to settings, ITunes Store and application Store, Apple ID and then the option “subscriptions” should be there but its not. Please help i Need to cancel subscriptions that are charging me!!
