Macbook does not save the whole page that is sc...

Hi, everybody

I've a problem that could answer nowhere. I hope you can help me. I connect the Canon printer via Wi-Fi. When I scan the, for example, a page, I can see the page and select the are that I want to save. However, after I selected, Mac cut off the page smaller than I select. I did and change all the customs but it did not change. When I change customs, there is a minimal changing on saving page however it did not save the whole area that I selected. Btw, the printer is Canon I-Sensys MF416DW. That's all, thanks.

Note: I download the driver for the printer, however it is still the same

Does the application Image Capture do any better?

If you haven't done so already, try resetting the printing system.
