The employee is so rude in Apple Store at Bloos...

Today, I came in Apple Store at Bloosom Hill. The guy is Yay so rude.  when I register service and I told that my phone  is disable so I cannot receive  the message.  Passed 20 mins o came in check in now changed the guy when I came in. I told the guy is Jay , nobody called me and he asked me name. He checked passed 7 mins , take the seat someone will call because I missed calling. I told my phone before that is disable I did not see anything. I go to the table and he behind me laughing. After 5 mins I came in him and asked his name. He told me Jay and asked me need the last name and laughing. After that another girl  work with Jay come in to me ask my name and show me her iPad looking for my name. I and her did not see that she told me give her my name and put me in because there are problem no name on that. Then after 16" Jay come in show me that he asked me my name but I told the name on his iPad is not me. I told him that you show me but not my name. The girl just typing my name on that so now you see my name. Then, another girl come in told me that she is manager  in Apple Store in Bloosom Hill in San Jose, Ca, will help me for problem. However, she and her coworkers did not say anything with that bad service from employee. I felt bad service with Apple Store as big company, high quality product  but so crazy service. The manager to employee. I just came in and restore my phone. Nobody stay in with me.
