MacBook Pro Retina, 13 in. (late 2013), MacOS Sierra v. 10.12.6, 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5, Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3:

Original problem: computer wouldn't wake up upon lifting lid, had to keep rebooting. Reset SMP, did Safe reboot. Seemed like everything was then working OK, except screen jumps a little with movement of the lid. Left computer plugged in this morning. It was cool then. Now several hours later, computer is running hot and doesn't cool down.
