Can I use a TV vertically to mirror my iPad

I am trying (without solution) to mirror content from my iPad in vertical orientation to a 55" monitor also in vertical orientation using an Apple TV. I've seen some signage software, but nothing that seems to work with an iPad.

My endgame is to have a large 55" or better sort-of teleprompter at the back of the room, so I can read both from an iPad as well as see the same content when I look up.

Any solutions out there that I am missing?

Sadly I believe you could if your tv/monitor allows your to alter the orientation of the input
