Photos and videos get removed from device immed...

Hi everyone

With iOS 11 upgrade I've stuck into problem - while having about 15-20Gb of free space on iPhone and optimize storage turned on for photos, every photo and video i take is removed from device as soon as they get uploaded to iCloud Media Library. Sometimes it happens just immediately, if i'm on a wifi network. So basically, i take photo\video, in a minute try to watch it in Photos app, but it starts to download from the cloud, because it's already been removed from device. Needless to say how inconvenient and irritating it is (i need to reiterate, that there's more than enough of free space on device).

This logic differs from the one in iOS10, when most of recently taken photos and videos were kept on device until the space on phone was running out.

Am i the only one with this feature\bug? Couldn't find any related problems. Thank you and sorry for bad english
