Where is my outlook contacts list gone to in th...

Synced up my Apple iphone to itunes so as not to loose data when changing my mobile to a new Samsung mobile.

All my Contacts held on Outlook and Calendar appointments all disappeared from outlook into the Cloud I assume. I cannot find them and I need help to recover them please.
