Hide thumbnail jpg from music folder

I've just moved from windows to mac and I'm struggling with the way the music folders have the MP3 files along with the jpgs for album artwork (and usually a small and large one). It means every MP3 file comes with at least 2 jpgs and it makes a large music collection very messy in finder. Is there any way to hide the jpgs?
