I want to add a Spanish-English dictionary to my MacBook's dictionary app so I can easily translate words I don't know on webpages. I'm using mac OS Sierra (actually a beta version of High Sierra).

Open Dictionary, press Command + , (comma) to open preferences, then check the right dictionary.
