Text replacements gone, AGAIN!

It still blows my mind that we’re on iOS 11 and Apple has not fixed the repopulation of text replacement when updates are made or settings need to be reset. Does anyone know a rock-solid way to force them to re-sync from iCloud?

I would LOVE to know. Happens to me every freaking time I have to reset or do a major update.
