Movies filling only 3/4 screen

I am running iTunes version 2.7 for Windows 10.

Movies in my library open in only the top three-quarters of the screen.  The bottom of the screen shows the standard iTunes page.

When I use the Windows full page radio [it's actually a box], the movie is no longer visible. When I select the enlarge page button, it returns to the three-quarter page display.  Choosing "enlarge" a third time will finally show the movie at full screen.

The problem will repeat itself randomly through movie viewing.

I've checked a few movies and they all do the same thing.

Is there a way to change this behavior?
